A youth focused professional development program created by SCAN Inc. An organization dedicated to over 40 years of preparing parents and protecting children.
Be Someone Now
We know sometimes school just isn’t the right fit for everyone (queue: Bill Gates!) or maybe you’re going through a tough time, and can’t catch a break. At Be Someone Now, they encourage all their participants to make a choice to be someone now, rather than later.
What’s A Yaa Explainer Video
SCAN Inc. strengthens families and educates our community to stop child abuse and neglect. The program prepares young adults to maximize their potential and create a foundation on which they can build a better life. Our teams collaborated closely to walk through their vision for the future of educating our community.
Dealing with Trauma Video
BSON created a 10-week professional development course and partnered with us to tell the story. This program provides participants with the tools necessary to succeed in today’s society.
Only Positive Outcomes
Scan partnered with Fallback for their t-shirts design contest between each region (North (Kendallville), Central (Allen County), South (Huntington)). This event turned out to be the most attended and engaging professional development session for the BSON program.
Charge It Up!
BSON understands that the “real world” can be a scary place, and not everyone is prepared for it. Our team had the pleasure of connecting with the participants while capturing their growth and development on film. They learned to become more comfortable with who they are and how to present themselves in a positive manner.
Tell Your Story
Each interview is tailored to showcase the participants’ strengths and genuinely connect with the BSON target audience.
A Growing Partnership
Our ongoing relationship allows us to film one round of interviews per quarter for new participants. In fall of 2017, we were asked to participate in the speed interviews which are held during the 4th session of their 10 week
professional development program. From time to time, we’re given the opportunity to film their entrepreneurial mini-series, conducted by one of their industry partners.

Entrepreneur Mini Series Promotional Video
This professional development session is geared towards those who seek to own their own business. The goal was to teach the participants the basics of operating a business. Guest speakers were brought in to share their experiences and knowledge with the youth.
