Building Bridges

SCAN Inc. strengthens families and educates our community to stop child abuse and neglect. The program prepares young adults to maximize their potential and create a foundation on which they can build a better life. Our teams collaborated closely to walk through their vision for the future of educating our community.

Scan partnered with Fallback for their t-shirts design contest between each region (North (Kendallville), Central (Allen County), South (Huntington)). This event turned out to be the most attended and engaging professional development session for the BSON program.

Charge It Up!

BSON understands that the “real world” can be a scary place, and not everyone is prepared for it. Our team had the pleasure of connecting with the participants while capturing their growth and development on film. They learned to become more comfortable with who they are and how to present themselves in a positive manner.

So by introducing 1-on-1 mock interviews, participants practiced being “interviewed” in a professional setting. At the same time this provided BSON with video content to reach prospective participants on social media.

A Growing Partnership

Our ongoing relationship allows us to film one round of interviews per quarter for new participants. In fall of 2017, we were asked to participate in the speed interviews which are held during the 4th session of their 10 week

professional development program. From time to time, we’re given the opportunity to film their entrepreneurial mini-series, conducted by one of their industry partners.
